Return Policy:

Unlike other websites with lots of rules and fine print, 704 Nutrition makes it easy for you to return unsatisfactory merchandise. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full store credit. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just email for easy instructions on returning your merchandise and to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

We accept returns for exchange 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. All we ask is that items such as accessories be in new, unaltered and unused condition. For items such as supplements, 75% of product must remain in original packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Product:

Mistakes happen. If we are at fault you will be provided with a pre-paid UPS or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us along with a Return Authorization (RA) number. No restocking fee will be assessed. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately (within 72 hours) at Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will be corrected immediately upon notice.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
